I saw who

I had never seen a dream come true.

It is truly amazing, how someone could be so adulated towards each other.

Sharing the appraisals, getting the compliments, could be more than just a need for plaudit.

And all of us have it. People do have a need for acclamation of their achievements. Even a small acknowledgment of attained success can make a huge difference.

How to make an appraisal over someone's attainment?

For some people it is extremely hard to do so. They do not to see any of the added value, they do not see the need of your existence of existence of another human being, therefore they never have a need to appreciate another person's performance. At times they mostly do not ever grant themselves or being in opposite, they only address all performance regardless anyone involved as their own only.

Having an appraisal, is an acknowledgment of achieving something being done by one particular individual, not a team. Even if it was a team work, the complementaries are being given individually. This is most of the time contradicts with those who do not see any value in you or do not want to admit the performance indicators of others.

There could be something which is stopping them. Then is there something which is not stopping others to be polite, kind, gentle and affectionate towards each others? And those are the majority.

Is there a recipe for your boss to start suddenly not disliking you, to recognise all your try outs?

The answer is mostly No. There is could be unnoticed sudden dislikability, which was not obvious a the beginning. But generally, if there is no, there is no. It is better to change the deal. Expecting miracles is always possible.

Try this out:

1. Be yourself

2.Be on time

3. Be available

4. Be always with a smile

5. Be Better than previous best

6. Be strong with massive immunity contact list

7.Be able to deliver to your boss the needs before being asked

8. Be polite, kind and gentle when the business is involved

9. Be responsive to need of compliments to your boss and collegues

10. Be funny

11. Be generous with your time and overtime

12. Be always ahead of your boss without anyone knowing it

13. Be always perfect

14. Be protective

15. Be a good listener

16. Be wiser but never too stupid

It is always worth to reflect yourself and other as self employed, rather than invisible team member, but keep in mind your bank account needs the recognition too.
