Some people would never experience being fired, while other had it at least one time; and there are some who had not stop being fired from the job they do.
Probably, the most dramatic part of the being fired is a reason of being fired.
Most of the time being fired is applicable to a person who did not want to work at the job being given or was driven to the point when the job completely taken over it life, without giving anything in return, but bullying and harassment. There are certain organisation, which would not even make an effort to apologise or keeping the drama under the control, more over only manipulating with the word fired, is not your fire, I am your fire. Keep burning low glow.
There are different solutions to this problem:
Prevention!
Do not accept the job where you know there will be issues and the employees is not sincere with it's job offer.
There are life situation when you desperately need a job. Believing any job is good while it is a job which pays at least something and you are employed, because you are simply do not have any other money resources. It could be good point. But loosing yourself at such job has no need neither any of the continuity for your future development and career. It is an empty job, mostly temporarily. Until one of the sides will take an action, either starting generating unsuitable slavery like conditions forcing you to resign or will always find a way how to remove your from their work filed - You are fired.
What is the breaking point of resignation and fired.
Simply having enough is not enough when being desperately in need for a job and money income. Paying rent, buying food and having other expenses, will generate a massive force, which some of the employees knowing your life situation would use it against you. Manipulating length of your stay and deciding when it is suitable of them to use word -We had fired you.
How to deal with such employers.
First of all, report the issues at the working place to the HR and people responsible for Human Resources at the company. Regardless, what was the situation, HR department is obliged giving an apology to any of their employees because its HR department obligation to provide secure respectful and stable work environment by providing knowledgable work force of knowing your human rights. Meaning, no disrespectful actions should be taking at the work place, usage of rude and abusive words directed to any of the employees at the work place should be considered a verbal harassment. Controlling swearing at the work place is a difficult issue, but acknowledging not to use it against one to another employee it is HR issue.
Physical abuse, slapping, smacking, pushing, touching should not be respected in any form, and should be considered as a part of physical harassment. Of course, if some accidentally wipes themselves off over another, it is not a provable fact of harassment, but if someone consistently repeatedly doing the same actions it is a problem. Smacking, slapping doesn't need to be a repeatable action it should be more than enough to report it to HR immediately as part of violence against human rights.

Giving repeatedly tasks, which are not part of the main job description.
This is very disputable especially during trial period, which most of the employers use against its employees. You are during probation period, therefore, we can and allowed to convert your working experience into trail and failure lab. No, employee cannot use it as consistent power force against any of the employee. Claims a person makes too many mistakes, therefore, we shall threaten with trail period, is not a solution. A solution to such is resignation or employer is simply waiting get to power - You are fired. Claims you results are not what we expect because of your poor understanding due to luck of language skills, is not a reason to fire anyone. It is a problem of management in the work place, therefore, HR shall again should offer a solution and apology for any inconvenience.
You are not good with your manager, supervisors and colleagues and surely customers.
Under what conditions someone is not good with manager, team leaders, supervisors colleagues and customers?
Most of the time conditions being generated to get to conflict with any of the Human Resources at the work place is causing the drama. A typical, I need to have a word with you, making most of the employees already heart broken, because they have to be grilled over HR failure, which is completely out of the influential power. And this is another fear keeping aspect of the companies, using their powers against employee - You are fired. Conflict at the work place? Most of the employers handle it very poorly, claiming: explain what happened, but most of the time selecting already their vision of the situation, only affirming you are the one who is causing the company failures. While gathering more provocative data to report you to HR as bad mistake in their system.

Attendance failure, you are never on time and you are too slow in your tasking with having difficulties to learn anything new.
Repeatable lateness has its own background. Does the business go down if a person is 2 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes late? Not really. If a person is 1 hour late, during busy rash hour it could be a problem, but even such is manageable. Will it be possible to work these missing minutes over time? No, not really, we don't need you anyway. It is probably, the typical respond to lateness from employer. Not showing up to work for the whole day, it can also happen. Any particular reason why? Oh, I just was watching Netflix, was eating cookies while having uber and delivery meals all day. Not really. If a person is not showing up to work it has a serious reason to do so. Of course, it could be annoying, but that particular person had failure in everything else, is it easy for such person to take any other shift, which is out of its scheduled time or working the missing hours during another day, had the person received a cover? If the employee doesn't want you to succeed they will use your attendance failure as another reason - You are fired.

We had a trust in you, we believed in you, but you are a failure.
This is one of the most manipulative technique being used against employees. It sounds more of breaking up with unwanted partner and filing for a divorce. Most of the time employers pulling out on you, your CV doesn't not match your performance. Was I hired based on my previous experience to be doing the job which is stated at my CV? And what performance is expected from an employee with top management experience being converted to trainee team member of kitchen porter having minimum hourly wage? I am sure there are not many who had experience such "fall", but claims we are only responding to your performance is not a claim, it is another power of the employee to claims its - You are fired. People working to have their CV being reputable and its a reason to have a CV in a first place. Not to be drown into such fraudulent companies traps stated above. While being challenged how much you know of the labor skills. Mentioning skills job roles, which required specific skills knowledge, as architects, programmers, language usage, builders, technicians and other specialist with specific knowledge, being told off to those after months of work being done they are not matching their CV; is absurd. A person either knows the skills and the job or doesn't. Of course, any job could be taught, but do companies want you to be taught to be able to improve the skills, if they only hired you because they believed in you and trust you, but you had been failure. No, not really.
There are probably far more issues could be rised once company decided to fire you.
There is only attitude towards such treatment.
State clearly you know your human rights and will not accept disrespect and downgrading of all your previous achievements.
Have a great next job at a work which will respect you and will have a desire for you to be successful in any tasks you do while being a part of any other great and carrying team.
