Looking for a job is not a job

While lots of us considering job is place to spend a sufficient time, earn money, socialise with your cute colleagues while getting ups in your CV. The reality might be a way different, but not to all. It could be even better. The appraisal policy could be also very well established at any of the workplace, which means, you could be praised and acknowledged more.

Acknowledging and appraisal is not about complementing on a skirt worn another day neither a wrong choosen make up or a bad hair. It is about acknowledging the existence of another person being an individual while noticing the attempts for being better.

Sometimes even if everything is right at the job force, it needs a change.

A change for a different life, different environment, differenet microbes and different people.

The decision had been made and there it comes a job search. For some it is a night mare for another a joyful opportunity to get from one world to another with ease.

How long does it take to find a new job?

1. You had been offered a promotion - immediate, it either take it or continue at the current paid position

2. You got a job invitation from another company, while at your current job - no time is required only past experience

3. Job search engines, while at your current job - is a very complicated system ether within the same day or 3 working days to never been selected

4. Job search engines, after resignation, being fired or downsized - extremely complicated system either within the same day to next week to had never never been selected neither had never been replied

5. Job search using your contact list - from immediate within one day to never

6. Job search applying via world wide web directly to the companies - within 5 working days to 4 months

7. Job search by sending emails directly to the companies - within 5 working days to never heard back

8. Job search by sending greeting cards with your CV and possibly cover letter directly to the companies - within 5 working days to couple of weeks

9. Job search using agents - depends on the loyalty of the agents and their personal interest in the success of the aplicant

10. Job search via postage CV by mail - within 5 working days to couple of month

11. Job search by dropping your CV personally at the companies - from couple of weeks to 3 months

12. Job search by placing an ad on billboard: Looking for a job - probably immediate to none

13. There comes a job search. For some it is a night mare for another a joyful opportunity to get from one world to another with ease.

At the need of the day or rather a week or months it is all up to the at least I tried.
