How to distinguish being taken as a slave or a valuable respectful employee?

They should had never treated you this way, it is against the human rights law. - This is probably is the most typical respond any of us would hear if we had a chance to spread the experience of being mistreated further.


Is corrupted mind better than no mind at all? Probably corrupted mind is where there is no mind present at all.

The line between being treated as a valuable employee and a slave is massive. The gap is spreading consistently if the situation is being left out of control. Most of the time it indicates loosing a control, over your own life and your secure well-being.

Something as simple as being treated as a human with all the attributes it might have, is missing at some of the working environments.

At times it gets even further, into not just your higher ranked colleagues who are disrespecting you, but also your own level colleagues and even those who stand at the lowest possible working hierarchy.

Most of the time, it gets to feel very uncomfortable to work at such working environment. Such kind of environment brings and gives only time waisted low quality productivity with unfavourable vibes.


What makes most of the employees to remain at a gloomy environment?


The need of providing the financial security for oneself and possibly the family. Is the main power source for many employees to stay longer than the gap started generated between being perceived as a valuable employees or acquired to be a slave?

It is antagonistic to believe the situation will change for better, if it is only changes for the worst offering no solution. The solution in such circumstances are less in use than in practice.

First of all, the realisation for yourself: your working environment is not being preeminent.

It takes time to realise you are ready to move on somewhere else. Somewhere, to be offered greater employment condition at rather friendly acceptable working habitable place humane friendly without making it difficult to be yourself.


This is the most important aspect at any of the working environments, being allowed to be yourself. What do you mean does not even a complaint Into consideration at what environment and who is all included. If your work was not Taylor made for you and has intention to stop you from developing, rather than helping you to be the best of you, it is not your environment to bloom and being yourself. The problem arises when anyone at your work reacts as they know "your best" and any of your attempts to be your best selfie, is being drugged down as not overrating yourself, brining up all possible names of all they had known you had been collecting the credits from.

-Credits? I got no credits from you or anyone else, I am. - would be a typical reaction.

-Then what are your interest rates? - is a respond!


-What would be the possible interest of any of your abrogating colleagues including bosses and the bosses of the bosses's bosses to keeping you in underrated, irreverent mode?

-Oh, then your interest in my "credit" is your interest of your credit, because it was a "credit" of not your "credit" neither their "credit", but you had found the equal common cause.

In such case, start looking for a job elsewhere and rather resign, because mostly you might get fired or will get negative feedback to match third party interests and that could be your new "credit".

In majority of cases, it will never get us far as to a level being enslaved at working environment and getting fired for being too agreeable, it is rather extreme. Rigorous behaviour rarely got someone into being enslaved, but most of the time it happens to those gratifying.

Mental enslavery is a radical invasion into someone's mind in order to belittle their conscious, causing them thoughtful blockade, getting their mind purposely placed on hold. In most of the cases it is a temporarily state, but it can cause lots of mistakes at work, failure in task completion, not being able to keep up with the time being assigned to complete certain tasks. Generally, it is not an employe to blame, but organisation.

If anyone had experience, sudden total wipe out of the thoughts, specially when you need to thrive, and show off your best, specially while doing your ordinary tasks at work, it is not a luck of sleep last night, rather an overslept third party deals. Which cannot be sorted with ease.


I am OK, nothing is wrong with me. I see what you doing, it is not my day today.

I am just having a great day off at work, thank you, thank you all. - are typical thoughts during a wipe out.

Total blank out of the thoughts is completely being withdrawn from the attention to focus on what the mind needs to focus within a certain time frame and fails to bring any stimuli to the conscious awareness.


How to revert the situation into what you need and get a control over it?
